Join us for a special cooking session and conversation with Men with Mana, run by Dunedin Multicultural Council! 

This event brings men from all multicultural communities together to cook, converse, and connect. 
Our focus is on promoting mental health, reducing family violence, and empowering families through E Tū Whānau values. 🌟

𝗠𝗲𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮 brings together men from multicultural communities to share, cook, and connect.

Through cooking, we create a safe space for:

❤️ Reducing family violence
💪 Empowering families via e tū whānau principles

📅 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞: 3rd Thursday of the month
📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Supergrans, South City Mall, 132 Hillside Road, South Dunedin
🕓 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞: 4:00pm men cooking, dinner at 6:30pm (all welcome)

No cooking experience needed—just a willingness to learn, connect, and enjoy!
